Do you need custom printed labels that are on an eco-friendly substrate?
Our Kraft material is made from 100% PCW paper, so you can breathe easy knowing it is helping to create a sustainable packaging solution.
This paper is an un-laminated paper, so we won’t put down a varnish, laminate or any other covering. The inks bond to the fibers of the paper, so there is no worry that they will flake off or easily be scratched from the surface.
The paper face stock looks like a brown grocery bag, so you get that natural and rustic vibe from it. It works really well for custom printing your designs for gourmet foods, soaps, coffee bags and other products that may need a high-end or bespoke look.
Our adhesive for this material has a great range of temperatures (-10 to +200 F) for uses in refrigerators, ice boxes, and many others. This adhesive has great resistance to water, and will hold up if placed in a cooler with melting ice.
We print and convert our custom labels with a default gap of 0.125″ on the roll between each label. If you need to have a different gap, or to have your labels or sticker individually cut, we can help you with that as well.
Going with this attractive material will help elevate your packaging and communicate that you want to appeal to a more discerning customer.
We print on this material using Full Color (CMYK) + White ink. Because of the nature of our inks being semi-transparent, some of the texture of the material can bleed through the printing. If you want a solid looking print on Kraft, you would need to have those portions backed with white ink to make them opaque enough not to show the raw material.
